My wife and I were in the market for a new 4-seat side by side so on the recommendation of a friend I called the Surprise store and talked to Steven Brown in sales. He went through the inventory of different models available and what was on the floor. He was extremely helpful explaining the different models and equipment. He sent me pics of the units I had an interested in and we hashed out a great price before I ever left the house. Once I got there Steven showed me all the products we talked about and walked me through the other departments and introduced me to the guys in parts and service. Once it got to the paperwork he introduced me to Brandon in finance who set me up with zero interest financing for 6 months so I didn't have to bring a bank check. All went seamless. I have no problem recommending these guys to anyone. They even delivered it to my house. It was a painless experience and well worth the drive from Ahwatukee.

Bought a 2012 in Feburary this year. Had problems from the second week I bought it ( cash by the way ). Took it back to the dealership that I bought it from. Was very pleased with the service and attention I received from the service dept managers and the mechanic Keith.Excellant,Excellant, walked me through everything on the bike. I recently moved for Oregon to Arizona, and I have had two issues with my bike since the move. My first issue was a loud metallic clicking sound that was coming from the rear tire. I asked a friend who to take my bike to, and he recommended Ride Now. When I took my bike in, they knew what the issue was right away, and the cost to fix it was not as bad as I expected. Tony, the service person who assisted me, was awesome! I had to wait for them to look at the bike, and it took about 30 minutes, but Tony kept the mood light, and he was very funny. It turned out that the repair shop I had been taking my bike to in Oregon installed the wrong size chain, and it was destroying my new sprocket. They fixed it, and I had my bike back in 4 days from start to finish.The second time I took my bike in, Tache helped me. The rear tire tube had started to leak, and this repair took less than 24 hours. Tache called me to let me know what the repair would cost, BEFORE they started the work. I was very happy about that. He also called me as soon as my bike was ready. Since my bike is my only mode of transportation, it is critical that it is in excellent running condition, and I feel like these guys know what they are doing. I am a VERY happy customer. Thank you Tony and Tache for the excellent customer service, and the hilarious conversations.

They made me a great deal on a RZR 4 900 and spent a lot of time and effort to make it happen when no other shop in the valley would even try to come close to making a deal like this. Purchased a 2011 Ninja 250R and could not be happier! The entire process from start to finish was much better than expected.
